"Mr.Davis ran pottery workshops for the children in our primary school. His enthusiasm was infectious and all the children were able to experience the joy of throwing their own pots. His expertise ensured that the children's work was of a high quality whilst incorporating their own designs and shapes. We plan to repeat the experience in the future as this is one area of creative design which really benefits from an expert's tuition"
Tim Hendrick - Headteacher, Didsbury Road Primary School, Heaton Mersey, Stockport
"Martin showed patience and understanding. His positive attitude helped to alliviate the students' nervousness, helping them to relax and fully take part in the activity. His skill in motivating the students to stay focused and interested is something to be admired. The equipment and material used was very real and the students experienced the feelings associated with working in this area. They were all very excited and with Martin's support their lump of clay was transformed into a piece of pottery to be proud of! The experience was most rewarding and valuable. Martin's carefully structured session was very well delivered in a way that catered to the needs of each student."

"Year 4 had a special and unusual treat this term. We had a pottery expert visit us. He arrived with his electric wheel and got straight to work. Each child in Mr. Mason and Miss Olson's class had a go at making their own style pot. There were different designs to choose from and Martin helped them achieve that design. When the pots were dry they were painted and taken home. All the children loved the exciting day and Martin will be coming back to work with other year groups." Article courtesy of PPS News.
"The children thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to use the pottery wheel and were delighted with the pots they made. We have been pleased to welcome Martin back on a number of occasions."
